About the Job

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Spring Valley, California. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders in students, developing individualized education plans, and providing direct therapy services.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $60-$80 per hour, with guaranteed hours and a weekly paycheck. Our full-time employees also enjoy health, vision, dental, and 401k benefits.

Job Description

This is a full-time contract position, 40 hours per week, with ASAP start dates through June 2025. You will work closely with teachers and school staff to integrate speech and language goals into classroom activities and educate parents and guardians on strategies to support their child's communication development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active California SLP licensure.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • Previous school-based experience is highly preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
