About the Role:
  • Manage a crew of 5-7 people and provide guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively and safely.
  • Train and motivate temporary labor and build a supportive team environment with a full-time crew.
  • Responsible for knowing and coaching others on material grading and customer service.
  • Lead plant safety, maintain a safe plant environment, and maintain compliance with all safety protocol.
  • Ability to learn and then safely operate all machines in the plant, including baler, shredder, and roll cutter.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role required.
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong work ethic, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Successful completion of a physical, drug screen, and background check.
