Relief Pharmacist

We're seeking a skilled Relief Pharmacist to join our team, providing clinical services and managing disease states in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by building loyalty and repeat business through personalized interactions and effective communication.
• Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist patients with enrollment.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy teams by modeling high standards in patient service, coaching, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Optimize workflow and systems for efficient prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
• Develop and maintain long-term care business through proactive communication and attention to the needs of nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living residences.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for Long Term Care and Specialty business with Marketers.
• Dispense medications and related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services.

Requirements:

• A pharmacy license, or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• NPI Number
