Job Summary

This position is responsible for the set-up and mounting of Flexo plates, ensuring high-quality results and meeting customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing print plates, with a focus on safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set-up and mount Flexo plates
  • Conduct quality control checks on negatives, raw materials, printing plates, mounting tape, and cylinders
  • Operate and maintain processing equipment and computers, including forklifts as needed
  • Read and interpret CAD files, building carriers according to customer profiles
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies, procedures, and standards
  • Perform housekeeping duties and lift up to 60lbs

Requirements
  • Experience in manufacturing print plates is desirable but not required
  • Exceptional focus on safety and quality, with participation in required training
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong mathematical, mechanical, perceptual, and visualization skills
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
