Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients with complex conditions, including IVIG infusions.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure positive client care outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to local, state, and federal laws.
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted RN license.
- 3 years' experience as an RN, preferably with home care experience and exceptional IV skills.
- Bachelor of Science in nursing or associate degree in nursing from an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Pass annual competency checks.
- Clean background and criminal record, and pass a drug test.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance, and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
