Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and verify installation schedules with the project coordinator and installation supervisor.
- Direct work processes at job sites, ensuring high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and implement the most efficient installation methods, materials, and tools.
- Train and mentor new installation team members to ensure they meet company standards.
- Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Perform order verifications and recovery work as needed to meet business needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.
- AA or technical degree preferred, high school diploma with experience.
- 4-5 years of construction experience, with a proven track record of leading projects.
- Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology, or window and door applications or components, is desirable but not required.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
- Mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
- Experience with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and database and order processing products.
