Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and verify installation schedules with the project coordinator and installation supervisor.
  • Direct work processes at job sites, ensuring high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and implement the most efficient installation methods, materials, and tools.
  • Train and mentor new installation team members to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Conduct regular job site inspections to ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
  • Perform order verifications and recovery work as needed to meet business needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • AA or technical degree preferred, high school diploma with experience.
  • 4-5 years of construction experience, with a proven track record of leading projects.
  • Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology, or window and door applications or components, is desirable but not required.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Mathematical skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and database and order processing products.
