Job Summary

  • Performs duties directly involved with requested procedures of the Imaging Department, providing services to all inpatients and outpatients.
  • Delivers high-quality imaging services, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Collaborates with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care and support.
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Operates and maintains imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Prepares patients for imaging procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
  • Positions patients correctly for imaging, using techniques to minimize discomfort and maximize image quality.
  • Reviews and interprets imaging results, identifying any abnormalities or areas for further investigation.
