Job OpportunityFavorite Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Geriatric / Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem / PRN assignments in Fredonia, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience as a Geriatric / Long-Term Care LPN.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a nursing home setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:
• 1 year of recent Geriatric / Long-Term Care LPN experience in the last 18 months in a Nursing Home setting
• Active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse License required
• Current BLS Certification required
