Customer Support Workforce Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements
  • Lead a team of Workforce Analysts to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of workforce management experience in a contact center or customer service environment
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience
  • Direct customer service experience and a passion for delivering service excellence

We offer a competitive salary range of $113,500 to $124,850 per year, based on location and experience. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a knack for workforce optimization, we'd love to hear from you
