Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Esthetician to join our team at Aesthetic Surgery Centre & Medical Spa. As a key member of our medical spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional aesthetic care to our clients, evaluating their skin conditions, and developing personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' goals and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Evaluate clients' medical histories and assess their suitability for aesthetic procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  • Maintain advanced product knowledge and ensure patients receive advice on best products to use for their individual needs.
  • Train and mentor other Estheticians in the practice.
Requirements
  • Master Esthetician License.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills.
  • Ability to assess clients' skin conditions and devise appropriate plans.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Master Esthetician with experience in performing Laser treatments, Body Contouring, facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
  • Knowledge of skincare products and their benefits.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and sterile room.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
