We seek a highly skilled Director of Fiscal Analysis who will lead our work on federal fiscal policy, including analyzing budget data, developing key messages, and advocating for equitable policies.

  • Conduct Comprehensive Analyses: Develop and present comprehensive analyses of federal spending and revenue, including historical trends and projections under different policy scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with policymakers, congressional staff, and partner organizations to shape budget proposals and advance CBPP's policy goals.
  • Develop Expertise: Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in federal fiscal policy and develop expertise in areas such as budget accounting, scorekeeping, and enforcement rules.
