Nurse Practitioner

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for the 24/25 school year in the Hillsborough, NJ area.

Job Summary:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to students, including administering medications, providing first aid, and offering emergency medical treatment. Monitor and manage chronic health conditions while providing health education to students and staff. Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and healthcare providers to create and implement individualized health care plans. Maintain accurate and confidential health records and documentation. Ensure adherence to school health policies, procedures, and state regulations. Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with emergency services as needed. Participate in health promotion activities and support the overall wellness program within the school.

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a school or pediatric setting.
• Strong clinical skills with a good understanding of school health regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic school environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
