Job Summary:
The National Coalition of Healthcare Recruiters is seeking a highly skilled NP/PA Nocturnist to join our growing hospitalist team in a dynamic and supportive environment.
About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Advanced Practitioner to work in a 14-bed, co-managed ICU with 24/7 intensivist coverage, performing evaluation and management services to patients requiring hospitalist services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients in the ICU and other hospital units.
- Perform cross-coverage for the hospitalist team, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Collaborate with a team of 14 physicians, 6 advanced practitioners, and a clinical performance nurse to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the hospitalist team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance patient outcomes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current, unrestricted license in MO (ACNP, ANCC, AANP).
- A minimum of 2 years of recent acute care experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of the hospitalist team.
