Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at Buffalo Wild Wings. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our sports bar and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily cleaning and maintenance of the sports bar, including floors, surfaces, and restrooms
  • Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and free of clutter
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a janitorial or facilities role preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
