Patient Care Pharmacist

This Clinical Pharmacy Professional will work collaboratively with the pharmacotherapy department to provide direct patient care services at multiple clinics. You will conduct visits, document encounters, and ensure seamless transitions during faculty absences. The ideal candidate will have a Pharm.D. degree, minimum one year of clinical experience, and completion of an ASHP-accredited residency.
A strong understanding of organizational dynamics, effective communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and think critically will drive continuous improvement. You will also have the opportunity to grow professionally, develop new skills, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
We offer competitive compensation, including a salary range of $120,000 - $140,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include paid time off, holidays, and comprehensive insurance plans.
