We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Staff Physician to join our team at Primary Health Solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality primary medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary medical care to patients in the ambulatory setting, including evaluations, treatments, and patient education.
- Model interventions to support patients in self-management and changes to improve control of chronic conditions.
- Participate in training of medical students, nurse practitioner, and physician assistant students as requested.
- Lead care teams on a daily and ongoing basis, incorporating team building principles in a collaborative approach to organizing efforts of multi-disciplinary groups.
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy.
- Ohio Medical license; Board Certification in a primary care specialty.
- Clinical teaching experience and private practice experience desirable.
- Two years experience working with indigent populations and community-based programs preferred.
