We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ophthalmologist (Retina Specialist) to join our team in Mount Kisco, NY. As a key member of our growing vitreoretinal surgery group, you will have the opportunity to build a long-term sustainable practice within a supportive multispecialty environment.

Key Highlights- Join two experienced Vitreoretinal Surgeons in a well-regarded Retina practice with deep ties to the local ophthalmic community.
- Well-supported office practice with Medical Assistants, Certified Ophthalmic Technicians, Retinal Photographers, and Precertification Specialists.
- Main offices feature a full suite of retinal imaging modalities, including widefield photography, FA, ICG, Spectral Domain OCT& OCTA, and Eye Cubed Ultrasound.
- AI-enhanced Digital Scribe (DAX) available for enhanced clinical efficiency.
- Multiple laser platforms available, including Patterned, Indirect Laser, MicroPulse, and PDT.
- Dedicated director of pharmacy and experienced purchasing team to manage injectable medications.
- Separate retina offices with dedicated staff for a small-practice experience.
- Surgery performed in a well-equipped nearby hospital with retina-trained staff using Alcon equipment and Leica Microscope.
- Shared call responsibility among doctors, with no general ER call required.
- Opportunities to perform ROP care exist but are not required.
- Collegial practice environment with other subspeciality ophthalmologists who have completed fellowships in cornea, glaucoma, and neuro-ophthalmology.

Guaranteed, competitive compensation model based on quality performance, with significant earning potential and annual increases. The estimated salary range for this role is $414,306 to $569,873 per year.
