Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Helena Downtown. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared to meet our hotel's high standards before guests arrive.
  • Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, making beds, dusting, and polishing furniture, as well as restocking rooms with toiletries and doing laundry as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of common spaces, such as the lobby, hallways, and restrooms, and ensure that they are well-stocked with supplies.
  • Track and document the cleaning status of rooms, as well as any lost and found items, damage, or repairs needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering general questions from guests and addressing any concerns they may have.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a professional housekeeper or in a similar role.
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  • Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques.
  • Excellent work ethic, organizational, time management, and communication skills.
