Job Title: Server

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Black Point Inn. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in setup, execution, and clean-up of banquet functions as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous food and beverage service experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
