We are seeking a highly qualified faculty member to join our team at the West Virginia University School of Nursing: Potomac State Department on the Keyser, WV campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the LPN to BSN program track, including applicant admissions and student progression and transition to RN practice.
Key Responsibilities- Teach didactics in classroom and small-group settings.
- Assist the department chairperson to organize student schedules.
- Support students in the transition to RN level education and the BSN major.
- Coordinate program logistics and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
- Master's degree in nursing (MSN).
- Two years of academic teaching experience in nursing.
- Two years of practice experience as a registered nurse.
- Unencumbered West Virginia RN license by position start date.
