Job Summary

The Server Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests at Forever Resorts. This role involves greeting and serving guests in a timely manner, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working collaboratively with the food and beverage team to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and professionally, taking orders and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase revenue and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and resolve any guest complaints or issues.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in customer service, food safety, and cash handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of front-of-house, customer service, or related work experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
