About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our care team at Bel-Aire Quality Care in Newport, VT. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare and everyday compassion.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
  • Report changes in patient condition, patient/family concerns, or complaints to the charge nurse and/or supervisor.
  • Participate in the care planning process and collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
