- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure seamless operations and the timely availability of sterilized equipment.
- Participate in orientation and training for a total of 24 hours to fully integrate into existing systems and procedures.
- Utilize EPIC charting system for documentation and tracking of sterilization processes.
- Maintain acute care standards, contributing to overall patient safety and quality of care.
- Ensure compliance with facility-specific guidelines and industry best practices.
- Uphold consistent communication with multidisciplinary teams to address any issues with instrument functionality or availability.
