Body Shop Technician

We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team at Truck Centers, Inc. As a Body Shop Technician, you will be responsible for performing vehicle teardown, repairs, welding, and painting to ensure our customers receive high-quality service.
Responsibilities:- Review repair orders and estimator's notes to understand the repairs needed prior to beginning work.
- Perform vehicle repairs, welding, and painting as instructed.
- Identify parts necessary for repair completion and work with the Parts department to reduce downtime.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of heavy-duty operating systems and OEM technical repair processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace according to company and Elite Support guidelines.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License with ability to meet insurance requirements
- Class A CDL with air brake endorsement is highly preferred
- 2+ years of collision repair, fabrication, painting, and welding experience is required
- Demonstrated strong personal conviction of producing quality work
- Proven technical skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 110 lbs. without assistance
