ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the Load-in of band and rental equipment.

Manage the setup and breakdown of band and event equipment.

Make focus and lighting adjustments according to artist or event specifications.

Operate and program Spotlight Operations/Lighting Control Boards.

Conduct maintenance and repairs on lighting equipment.

Support Production throughout the venue as required.

Meet artist/event A/V requirements.

Ensure safe and consistent operation of lighting systems.

Assist with technical advancements alongside Artist representatives.

Care for all HOBE and rental lighting & A/V equipment.

Collaborate with visiting production crews to ensure successful events.

Create or distribute lighting plot plans.

Oversee and operate lighting systems throughout events.

Ensure that lighting needs for Special Events are scheduled and fulfilled.

Assist the audio crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.

Support any Special Events operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Tour or Stage Production.

Experience with stage lighting, professional audio systems, and basic video systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Proficiency in all Microsoft applications.

Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

High School Diploma.

Preferred:
College Degree.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
Must be capable of lifting up to 75lbs.

Work in environments with moderate to loud noise levels, extreme lighting changes, strobes, and moving lights.

Able to wear a radio earpiece during shifts.
