Leasing Specialist

Aldon Management is seeking a skilled Leasing Professional to join our team. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for leasing apartments to maximize income and achieve occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct apartment and community tours to showcase our properties and amenities.
• Follow up on phone and email leads to ensure timely communication with prospective residents.
• Process applications, including document verification, credit checks, and informing applicants of their status.
• Prepare new leases, schedule move-in dates, conduct inspections, and collect move-in fees.

Requirements:

• Prefer 2+ years of leasing experience in multifamily.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet; experience with OneSite preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• H.S. Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
