Job Title: Night Auditor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Hollins Hall Hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and welfare of our guests, running the night audit, and assisting with event setup and servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure hotel security and guest welfare at night
• Run the night audit and maintain accurate records
• Assist with event setup and servicing, including preparing event spaces and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests, and respond to any issues or concerns
• Identify and report any security risks or incidents
• Maximize sales opportunities for food and beverage and rooms, and stay up-to-date on hotel promotions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Knowledge of hotel operations and security procedures
