Key Program Components

  • Preceptorship: Each new graduate will be assigned to a preceptor who will provide guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the program.
  • Structured Curriculum: A comprehensive curriculum will be implemented to facilitate progressive skill development and patient care assignments.
  • Evidence-Based Training: Our program will provide evidence-based training and education to ensure new graduates are equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices in nursing care.
  • Professional Development: We are committed to supporting the professional growth and development of our nurses, providing opportunities for advancement and career progression.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited RN School of Nursing
  • Current Louisiana RN license
  • CPR certified through the American Heart Association
  • Demonstrate interest in professional growth and development
  • Ability to accept scheduling/placement designations determined prior to hire
