About the Job:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill pediatric patients in a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in consultation with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize interventions to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in pediatric critical care or related field.
  • Transport or Critical Care certification (CCRN, CNPT, CTRN) required within 2 years of hire date.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $115,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
