As a SEO Manager, you will drive the growth and performance of our clients' SEO programs by leveraging data-driven insights and strategic opportunities.

About the Role

This is a remote, US-based opportunity to join our team as a SEO Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the growth of your clients' SEO programs through detailed audits, strategies, and execution of proven SEO tactics. You will also serve as the strategic lead for your clients, guiding them toward their goals with a balance of data-driven decision-making, creativity, and innovative SEO approaches.

Responsibilities
  • Drive Client Growth: Lead and manage the growth of your clients' SEO programs through detailed audits, strategies, and execution of proven SEO tactics.
  • Client Strategy Leadership: Serve as the strategic lead for your clients, guiding them toward their goals with a balance of data-driven decision-making, creativity, and innovative SEO approaches.
  • Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Monitor SEO trends and marketplace shifts, translating these into actionable insights to continuously refine client strategies.
  • Link Building & Vendor Management: Develop robust link-building strategies and manage relationships with outsourced vendors to execute these initiatives effectively.
  • Technical SEO Expertise: Provide technical SEO guidance, ensuring all plans take into account platform specific nuances (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Wordpress). Address common issues like site speed, URL structure, content duplication, crawling, accessibility, and readability.
  • Process Management: Effectively manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks based on your client needs and ensuring timely delivery of SEO initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Identify key program KPIs, and deliver clear, insightful reports on SEO performance, progress, and opportunities for improvement across client programs.
Benefits
