About the Role:

Middleton Village Nursing and Rehab is seeking a skilled Nursing Home Marketer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our skilled nursing services and attract new patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase occupancy and quality mix in assigned buildings
  • Build relationships with hospitals, emergency departments, and therapy departments to generate referrals
  • Communicate patient information to the building Director of Admission and Regional Vice President
  • Meet with potential customers to assist in the admission process and provide personalized care
  • Participate in marketing events and promote our services to the community

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' marketing experience
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ideal candidate will have valid LPN or RN nursing license in the state of Wisconsin
