Physician Position in Hematology/Oncology in Indiana

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Hematology Physician to join our esteemed team in Western Indiana. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment while providing exceptional care to patients.
Location HighlightsThe practice is conveniently located just an hour from Indianapolis, providing easy access to urban amenities while enjoying the tranquility of Western Indiana. The area is also within a short distance to major attractions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive medical oncology and hematology services.
- Manage an anticipated outpatient volume, gradually increasing to 21 patients per day within two years.
- Provide inpatient care with an average volume of 3 patients per day.
The call schedule is designed to support work-life balance:
- Weekday Call: Cover own patients nightly
- Weekend Call: 1:7
- Holiday Call: 1:6
Our practice focuses on a variety of cancer types, including:
- Breast
- Colon
- Lung
- Head and neck
- Rectal
- Prostate
- Gynecologic cancers
- Benign and malignant hematologic disorders
