Dishwasher

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at SpaceX. As a key member of our food services department, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe workspace in all dining areas, kitchens, and other departmental workspaces.

• Set up and operate a dish washing machine to ensure all daily operational equipment is cleaned and ready for use.
• Work rotating stations at all food service outlets to support the team in meeting time and quality standards set by the supervisor.
• Monitor the quality of cleaned dishes and maintain a clean and safe work station.
• Maintain cleaning of kitchen equipment as needed and ensure all dishwashing chemicals are stocked and functioning properly.
• Remove recycling, waste, and food waste from kitchens and maintain organization of dish and equipment storage areas.
• Perform light prep work and food handling support as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
• 1+ year of work experience in any field.
• Ability to carry large heavy items, such as dishes in tubs or trays unassisted (up to 30 lbs.).
• Ability to stand for long periods of time – up to 10 hours a day.
• Ability to work all shifts and available for overtime and weekends, as needed.
