Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Educator to join our team at Doctors Medical Center of Modesto. As a key member of our education department, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating education activities for our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality education programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge
  • Assess the educational needs of our nursing staff and develop targeted training programs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of education into our clinical practice
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and education trends to ensure our nursing staff has the most current knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's Degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of teaching/precepting experience
  • Current CA Registered Nurse license
  • Valid CA driver's license and proof of automotive insurance
  • ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, MICN, CEN certifications
