The Strategy and Management ProgramThis is an elite, two-year development training program that prepares future corporate leaders at Bank of America. The program provides direct experience in Digital Technologies, FinTech, Strategy, Innovation, and Management.
As a participant, you will work in our innovation function, helping drive strategic growth initiatives across our core business units. You will be exposed to multiple parts of our business and learn how to develop, test, launch, and operationalize new strategies to better serve our clients.
You will also participate in a comprehensive training curriculum taught by BofA and industry experts, designed to enable general manager capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive strategic initiatives across high-visibility and fast-growing areas of the business
- Learn about and leverage the latest emerging technology to evolve our business
- Collaborate with senior leaders and industry experts to shape the future of our Consumer & Small Business line of business
- Pursuing a bachelor's or bachelor's direct to master's degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between December 2024 and August 2025
- Appreciates an environment that supports learning, innovation, intelligent risk-taking, integrity, and flexibility
- Builds and nurtures strong relationships, while collaborating to get things done
- 3.2 minimum GPA preferred
- Pursuing a major area of study which includes but is not limited to: Business Management, Economics, Finance, Consulting, Mathematics, Data Analysis, FinTech, Marketing
- Have experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research
Primary program location is Charlotte, NC. Other locations listed will have limited availability based on business needs.
If offered a full-time opportunity following your internship, you will need to be geographically flexible with regards to your work location to be eligible.
