About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Parallel LLC. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with learning differences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and provide direct therapy services to children with communication disorders
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
Requirements
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Active State License
  • NC School Licensure (DPI) and State Licensure
  • 1 year of IEP-directed therapy and evaluation experience in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech-savvy and experience with tele-health services
