Ambulatory Surgery Unit Nurse

The DMC Children's Hospital of Michigan is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Surgery Unit team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Delegate and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
- Participate in shared decision-making and contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
- 1+ year of experience in a pediatric or ambulatory surgery setting
