As a vital member of our hospitality team, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. This position is the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes using the property management system.
- Handle financial transactions, including cash and credit card processing, with accuracy and integrity.
- Assess guest needs and provide comprehensive information about hotel services and amenities to enhance their stay.
- Process reservations from incoming calls, ensuring all details are accurately entered into the hotel management system, including updates and cancellations as needed.
- Work Schedule: Morning shifts from 7 AM to 3 PM and evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM, with availability required on weekends.

Qualifications:
