Key Responsibilities:As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Exhibiting a high level of motivation, energy, and a customer-centric approach.
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment, ensuring reliability and trustworthiness.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicles effectively.
- Having a minimum of 2-3 years of recent experience in a professional automotive repair or service setting.
- Possessing a valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
- Working on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including light-duty trucks.
- Demonstrating the ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.
- Diagnosing and repairing vehicles according to OEM specifications, adhering to published repair and diagnostic procedures.
- Being physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing various physical tasks such as carrying, pushing, or pulling tools and equipment.
- Being available for a full-time schedule, including weekdays and occasional Saturdays.
- Having bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is an advantage.
- Ensuring all repairs and preventative maintenance are executed in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Maintaining company standards by performing vehicle servicing and repairs, keeping Out-Of-Service rates at or below 2%.
- Carrying out additional related duties as necessary.
