Physician - Psychiatry Specialist

Located in a vibrant community of 60,000, our state-of-the-art 126-bed Psychiatric Hospital offers a unique opportunity for a Physician to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. With a strong focus on wellness and trauma-informed care, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient outcomes.
We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our team as a Psychiatry Specialist. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the development of our hospital's psychiatric programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new psychiatric programs and services.

Work Schedule:
- A standard day shift schedule with a caseload of 16 patients.
- The option to work overnight on call for additional compensation.
- Once a month weekend rounding for additional compensation.
