Dishroom Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition
• Assist in food preparation procedures, including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables
• Operate dishwashing machines and handle manual washing when needed
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors and counters
• Dispose of waste and recyclables following health and safety guidelines
