We are seeking a highly skilled Deburr/Finishing professional to join our Operations Management team at Kamatics Corporation. As a Deburr/Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for performing complex edge break and hand finishing work, as well as all assembly operations, as part of our production process.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Deburring and Finishing Operations: Remove burrs and blend castings, forgings, and machined products using various hand and power tools.
- Assemble and Adjust Complex Components: Assemble and adjust complex components, mark, label, and package parts, and make adjustments to meet customer requirements.
- Train and Develop Assemblers: Train assemblers in operations and processes associated with Deburr/Finishing, develop and document assembly procedures.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve assembly process problems, select and document proper tools, methods, and techniques for finishing complex geometries.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, follow safety and environmental procedures and regulations, and report safety incidents to supervisor.
- Education: High school diploma/GED.
- Experience: 2-5 years of Deburring/Finishing experience in a manufacturing environment.
