About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation MCC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment in a multi-shift environment.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repair of machines, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Support an optimized production environment by applying Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
  • Maintain and repair facility equipment as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • One or more years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and vocational maintenance training certificate preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems.
  • Physical ability to climb stairs, bend, sit, stand, walk, reach with arms, push, pull, and use hands and fingers to feel and handle material for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assess product output relative to specifications.
  • Ability to multi-task and identify and execute process improvements as needed.
