ScionHealth - Kindred Cornerstone & Solara Hospitals is seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse to join our team in Arlington, Texas.
About the Role:We are committed to providing quality-driven, patient-centered acute and post-acute hospital solutions in our communities. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in the recovery process for chronically ill and medically complex patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide quality patient care to critically ill patients through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Serve as a patient advocate at all times.
- Supervise the nursing care provided to each patient by other caregivers.
- Develop the plan for nursing care as a result of coordination with the patient, family, and staff of other disciplines as necessary.
- Apply critical thinking to promote positive clinical outcomes.
- Ensure patient education and participate in discharge planning.
- Maintain the standard of nursing care and implement the policies and procedures of the hospital and the nursing department.
