Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate surveying projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Conduct site visits to gather data and information for surveying projects.
  • Develop and implement surveying plans and strategies to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior surveyors and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve surveying processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Florida License in Surveying & Mapping
  • 2 years' Experience Post Licensure
  • Successful history of managing projects
  • Extensive technical knowledge of surveying software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with various surveying tasks, including platting, land development, residential and commercial construction, ALTA, as-built, boundary, bathymetric, and topographic surveys
