We are seeking a highly skilled Renal Registered Dietitian to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a Renal Registered Dietitian, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and education to individuals with end-stage renal disease.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess nutritional status and develop individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy plans for patients.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and caregivers on nutrition-related topics.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field.
- Registered Dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure in Maryland or the state where the facility is located.
- Minimum of two years of professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
- Experience working in a dialysis setting is preferred.
