DBT Therapist Opportunity

Gladstone Psych & Wellness is seeking a dedicated DBT Therapist to join our team in Hunt Valley, MD. As a specialist in adolescent DBT, you will have the opportunity to work with a passionate team focused on providing comprehensive DBT services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual DBT therapy sessions
  • Facilitate DBT skills groups
  • Provide phone coaching to clients
  • Attend consultation team meetings
  • Participate in regular supervision
Requirements:
  • Prior Level 1 DBT training
  • Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or associated field
  • Licensed and in good standing to practice counseling/therapy in Maryland
  • Willingness to learn and grow
