Role Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Soccer Instructor who will guide children through enjoyable and educational activities while prioritizing their safety. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in coaching soccer or similar roles involving children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arriving punctually to sessions, fully prepared both physically and mentally.
- Engaging with young participants, parents, educators, and caregivers.
- Setting up and dismantling equipment as required.
- Providing personalized attention and clear instructions while maintaining appropriate distance from children and their families.
Work Schedule:
Class schedules may vary, typically falling within the following time frames:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $25 per hour, with potential to earn $40 per hour upon reaching maximum promotions.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with young children.
- Comfortable engaging with toddlers from 2 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a vehicle.
- Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes one-way to class locations.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability required on both Saturday and Sunday.
