The Learning Experience is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Teacher to join our team of educators. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional development of young children.

About the Role:

  • Partner with teachers to design and implement activities that promote learning and exploration.
  • Support the implementation of our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, adapting your approach to meet the individual needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool children.
  • Prioritize a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children at all times.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with families through regular communication and updates on their child's progress.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Prior experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
  • Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role, including performance level, immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training.

Salary: $30,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment.
