Job Summary

MGC Contractors, Inc is seeking skilled professionals to operate heavy machinery and equipment in our Arizona Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as graders, excavators, and bulldozers
  • Control attachments and perform grading or redistributing materials for construction projects
  • Regulate elevation and angle using GPS and laser leveling technology
  • Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and signal directions as needed
  • Perform other assigned duties as required
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Work in a fast-paced construction environment, with the ability to communicate effectively, lift objects up to 50 pounds, and work in varied weather conditions
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years of experience operating heavy equipment required
  • 5+ years of experience preferred
